Children's and Youth Religious Education Registration Form -
Though early-bird registration has passed, it's not too late to register!
Welcome to the online Children's and Youth Religious Education (CYRE) registration form for the Unitarian Society of New Haven (USNH). We've asked you to register through this private website because usnh.org is going through some changes. We hope to offer an online form at usnh.org next year. This temporary measure should help make registration quick and easy for you!
Our RE program is offered without charge to pledging USNH members and pledging friends. If you are not a pledging household, tuition fees are $170 for the first child (early bird registration $150) and $100 for each additional child per year. A grace period of approximately 3 months is available before payment is due for new attendees. EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION ends Mother's Day (May 9, 2010). Your financial support helps the USNH Finance Committee balance its budget without cutting programs or staff hours. Applications are not final until pledge or fee is received. Need-based waivers and deadline extensions are granted by the DRE as needed.
Please submit the form for as many children as you will register. When you click "SUBMIT," the screen will clear. You may complete the form again for each additional child.

We are an intentionally diverse community, celebrating the lives of all people and families. The information gathered on this form equips our volunteers and staff in providing a positive experience for your child(ren)/youth. If there are any family circumstances that might make your child(ren)/youth sensitive to a particular topic in the curriculum, please contact the Director of Religious Education and/or your child/youth’s teacher(s).
To provide education from birth through twelfth grade in an affirming, multi-generational community. We encourage each of our children and youth to engage in a lifelong search for truth and meaning, to develop and embrace a UU identity, to be a contributing member of USNH and wider communities, and to work for peace and justice in our world.
